Podiatrist Colchester - Reflex-18 Sports Injury Hub
If you have foot pain, our expert podiatrist can help.
PODIATRY
Our podiatrist is an expert in foot pain and lower limb biomechanics – he focuses on the way your foot moves, and the impact that this has on your lower limbs.
We are extremely lucky to have a podiatrist who has worked, and continues to work with some of the top athletes in the country. He works with the Football Association, England Rugby, The English Cricket Board and olympic gold medallists.
By working with a podiatrist you can expect to relieve pain, not just in the feet but in the lower limbs, or even reduce the risk of injury in future by addressing biomechanical issues.

What To Expect
When you enter the clinic you will be greeted by our friendly podiatrist. They will take a full history of your condition, but ask you some questions to get to know you. What your goals are, what you enjoy and how your problem is affecting your day to day life. they will then perform a physical assessment in order to confirm diagnosis and then discuss with you an appropriate treatment plan. They will spend time making sure you understand the situation and then will provide you with the treatment you need. Sometimes, some form on insole may be required, and our podiatrist has a range of options with regards to this in order to fit you specifically. It may be that you would benefit from the expertise of another professional in the clinic and in that case your physio may discuss you with the other clinician, or arrange for you to see them too.
