I have worked in a clinical and sports environment for many years, gaining experience with a variety of sports injuries and medical conditions. After initially training as a sports therapist, I then decided to further my learning by training as an osteopath. I was nominated the rising star in osteopathy by the Institute of Osteopathy in 2021.

My experience with a huge variety of athletes, in a variety of sports, using hands on techniques to facilitate recovery give me the skills to provide you with fast, and effective pain relief.
