I was referred to Reflex-18 earlier this year for a chronic injury that had been steadily getting worse, and I’m so thankful that I found them. Josh Harvey has been amazing throughout my recovery/rehabilitation journey. Reflex-18 have also recently opened new classes, and I’ve really enjoyed the Pilates classes I started attending.
