Hi, I’m Sophie a Physiotherapist who is here to give you the guidance you require to have a successful recovery.

I gained my BSc Sports Therapy degree from the University of Essex in 2019 to gain an understanding around injury and pain, this cemented my passion to improve people’s quality of life. In 2021 I completed my MSc in Physiotherapy to broaden my scope of practice and improve my knowledge to provide you with the best evidence-based practice.

I also work in Suffolk as a senior MSK Physiotherapist in the NHS providing specialist advice and consistent high-level care to help restore movement and function which has been affected by injury and/or illness.

I’m very focused on what you want to do. Therefore, the goal of every treatment session is to enable you to resume your favourite activities as soon as possible.
