Hi, I’m Helen. I have been working as a physiotherapist since 2002, after graduating from The University of East Anglia with a BSC honors, and I went on to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2012.

I have worked in the NHS since qualifying, in a variety of different roles, and am currently an Advanced Musculoskeletal Practitioner at Ipswich Hospital. I have also worked in private practice, treating a wide range of clients including elite sports people.

I enjoy assisting clients back to fitness after injury or surgery, and use the latest evidence based practice to achieve this.

In my spare time, I play hockey for Colchester Hockey Club and coach the junior section, which keeps me very busy at weekends! I also enjoy running, cycling and snowboarding (when I can get to the mountains). I have 2 children, who also love hockey and skiing.
